When we begin our relationship with you as a family on our waiting list we collect information about you directly from you including your visits to our web site.

For every service that we provide we need your name, address, home telephone number, occupation and some identification. We also need your child's name and date of birth.

In some circumstances we may collect other information at a later stage of serving you. This is collected from you directly with an explanation as to why we need that information.

Uses and Safeguards

• We ask you for information to establish and serve you as our customer.
• We share information within the GRC to care for you as required and to comply with legal or regulatory requirements and to serve you better.
• We will protect your information with appropriate safeguards and security measures including electronic and physical procedures.
